We accept Medicare, Triwest, private and auto insurance, as well as Visa/MC. We are also a preferred provider for the Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN), which includes over 2000 insurance companies and continues to grow.

In order to more readily assist private insurance patients please call us and fax a copy of both sides of the insurance card.

In order to attain workers' compensation authorizations we will need any information regarding the patient's claim, including patient's information, claim number and the employer's workers compensation carrier phone number.
